Good Safety is
The SWC team take health and safety, and their environmental impact as a company, very seriously. To deliver a best-in-class approach to these areas, they retain the services of a health, safety and environmental (HS&E) advisor who is a chartered member of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH).
Hold regular HS&E meetings at business level. Outside of this, communications are distributed throughout the company providing regular health and safety updates. This ensures that everyone at SWC stays up-to-date with any issues, is made aware of new developments, and remains compliant with safety legislations.
The SWC team members’ performance and the systems are reviewed every month. Where necessary, they invoke their zero-tolerance approach to health, safety and environmental practices.
